Portugal is a country of beaches. It’s hard to imagine that there are kilometers of first-class beaches, and they replace each other while driving along the coast. Some of them are deserted, some of them have a lot of vacationers. And everywhere there is an atmosphere of peace and serenity. There is no need to rush, fuss. Just rest. The author conveys the state of nature – the sun, sea wind, waves, rocks and sand - everything that delights when you get out of the car and look around. Neat, toy-like houses enliven the landscape and complement it with such homely comfort. The painting can be hung on the wall without a frame; the image is continued at the ends.
